Mavericks Venture is a real estate consultancy firm, RERA-registered, operating out of South Delhi since 2023. We’re not builders or developers—we don’t construct anything. What we do is help people find the right property, whether that’s a plot near Jewar Airport, a flat in Delhi NCR, or a commercial space for your business.

We work as a channel partner with reputed developers and builders. Our job is to bridge the gap between you and the right project—saving you time, effort, and a lot of unnecessary confusion.

Using our website

This website is here to help you — browse projects, learn about locations, understand pricing, and reach out to our team. That’s it. We’d just ask that you use it for those purposes and not for anything that could harm others or misuse the platform.

A few simple things we’d request:

  • Please fill out any inquiry form with genuine details. Our team spends real time following up — and it only works if the information is correct.
  • Don’t try to copy or republish our website content elsewhere without asking us first. We’ve put real effort into it.
  • Don’t attempt to disrupt or damage the site in any technical way.

Property details — what’s accurate and what can change

We do our best to keep every project detail on this website updated and correct. But real estate moves fast. Prices shift, inventory changes, developers revise their plans — sometimes within days.

So here’s our honest disclaimer:

  • Pricing shown is indicative. The actual price you pay depends on the exact plot, floor, facing, size, and the developer’s rate at the time of booking. GST and other charges may apply on top.
  • Project details can change. A developer might revise a layout, delay a phase, or update amenity plans. Always confirm the latest information with us before committing any money.
  • Visuals are for reference. The images and renders on our site show you what a project could look like — not necessarily a replica of the final product.
  • We are the advisor, not the builder. Any issue with construction quality, possession timelines, or project delivery is between you and the developer.

Site visits — how they work

We offer free site visits to anyone genuinely interested in exploring a project. No obligation to buy, no pressure tactics. Just a chance to see the land, the location, and the surroundings for yourself, which we always recommend before making any decision.

  • We’ll arrange free cab pickup from Delhi/NCR, depending on availability.
  • We ask that you show up at the agreed time or let us know in advance if something comes up.
  • After the visit, our team may follow up to answer questions. If you’d rather we didn’t, just say so—we’ll respect that completely.

Bookings and money—please be careful

This is the part we want you to read most carefully.

All booking amounts, token payments, and installments go directly to the developer—not to Mavericks Venture. We don’t collect money on behalf of developers. We don’t hold funds. We don’t ask for cash payments.

If anyone from our team ever asks you to pay them directly in cash or transfer money to a personal account, please don’t, and please report it to us immediately at +91 844 766 3676.

  • Always get a proper receipt for every payment you make.
  • Make sure your booking agreement and allotment letter are in your name.
  • Read the builder-buyer agreement before you sign anything.
  • If something in the document doesn’t make sense, ask us — we’ll help you understand it.

How we earn — full transparency

We earn a brokerage or referral commission from the developer when a transaction is successfully completed. This is standard industry practice, and it means our consultation and site visit service costs you nothing.

Our suggestions and recommendations are based on what you tell us — your budget, your timeline, your goals. We try to match people to the right project, not the most expensive one.

Investment returns — no guarantees

We’ll be upfront about this: no one can promise you a fixed return on a real estate investment. Market conditions, infrastructure timelines, demand shifts — these things are beyond anyone’s control.

Any appreciation figures or ROI estimates we share are based on current trends and past patterns in similar corridors. They’re meant to help you think, not to serve as a financial guarantee. Please invest only what you can afford, only after understanding the risks.

Our content belongs to us

Everything you see on this website — the text, project descriptions, layout, images, and logo — is ours. Please don’t copy it for use elsewhere without our permission. A quick message to us is all it takes if you need something.

What we’re not liable for

We work hard to give you accurate, useful information. But we can’t be held responsible for:

  • Decisions you make based on our advice or website content.
  • Property disputes, delays, or defaults by developers.
  • Technical issues or brief downtime on the website.
  • Any loss resulting from circumstances outside our control.

Our role is advisory. The final call is always yours.

Staying in touch

When you reach out to us—through a form, a call, or WhatsApp—you’re permitting us to get back to you with property updates and follow-up calls. We don’t spam. We don’t sell your number to anyone.

And if you ever want us to stop reaching out, one message is enough. We’ll take you off our list, no hassle.

Disputes and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any legal disputes, if they ever arise, fall under the jurisdiction of the New Delhi courts.

That said, we’d genuinely rather resolve any concern over a phone call. Reach out to us directly before anything escalates. Most issues can be sorted with a conversation.

We may update this page

If we change these terms, we’ll update the date at the top and make sure the changes are fair and reasonable. We won’t make changes that are designed to work against your interests—that’s just not who we are.
